Qishe qì shě · 气舍

Location. On the anterior aspect of the neck, at the upper border of the medial end of the clavicle, in the depression between the sternal head and the clavicular head of the sternocleidomastoid muscle.

The name means the dwelling place of qi. Classical sources record it briefly, in relation to the throat and to the movement of qi through the neck.
