Zhongdu (Medial) zhōng dū · 中都

Location. On the medial aspect of the lower leg, 7 cun above the prominence of the medial malleolus, at the midpoint of the medial border of the tibia.

Category. Xi-Cleft point 郄穴

The Liver channel's xi-cleft point, listed midway along the medial border of the shin. The name simply means "middle capital" and records the midpoint of the lower-leg stretch of the channel. Note that GB32 on the outer thigh shares the romanisation Zhongdu but is a different point on a different channel; the suffix keeps the two apart.

定位。在小腿内侧，内踝尖上7寸，胫骨内侧面的中央。

特定穴。Xi-Cleft point 郄穴

肝经之郄穴，列于小腿内侧胫骨内侧面之中段。穴名「中都」记其处小腿中线之位。注意：大腿外侧之 GB32 中渎 拼音同为 Zhongdu，属另一经之另一穴，加部位后缀以区别。
