Zigong (Abdomen) zǐ gōng · 子宫

Location. On the lower abdomen, 4 cun below the centre of the umbilicus and 3 cun lateral to the anterior midline.

The name means the uterus, so the point is named after an organ rather than after a surface landmark. It is a point outside the fourteen channels. The English name is given here with an abdomen qualifier because Zigong is also the pinyin name of Zigong (CV19), a different point on the chest.
